London wave-making fashion designer, Fola Adefowope is a bundle of talent. She is the CEO of Sweetfola Couture, London. And she has been creating every girl's dream silhouette since 2016.
Fola is so happy at her new age. She has to be. She is
50 and fabulous. A few days ago, CityPeople got her to tell us how she
feels. What is going on in her mind?
"A lot. I feel blessed at 50", she told
CityPeople. "God has been so good to me and my family."
Does she feel fulfilled @ 50? "Yes, I do. As I
attain my golden jubilee age, I look unto God, the author and finisher of my
faith to bless me with long life & prosperity, in good health.
: "I feel fulfilled at 50. Looking back, it can only
be God. Anu ni morigba." At a point, she waxed philosophical about her new
age. The number 50 is all about new beginnings. This is a time for me to
celebrate all that I have accomplished in life, most especially my good
health. And I want to embark on a new journey. The number 50 also signifies
completion. So, I will make sure that will take time to enjoy my new beginning.
: She is a trained fashion designer. She studied
fashion design at the University of East London and graduated in 2016.
