Have you heard about Her Grace, Dr.
Oluwaseye Yomi- Sholoye,before?
If not, let's tell you a little about
her. She is a great woman of God. She is the profound founder of the New Seraph
& the Dr. O Yomi Sholoye Foundation,. She is a great philanthropist. She has paid hospital bills, feeding allowance,
create job opportunities, and never says No to assisting all the people she
meets.
She is one of the children of a
prominent Legend in the Cherubim &
Seraphim Church of Christ W/W, Her Eminence Iya Adura, Dr. Prophetess Mariam
Akinjogunwa fondly called ( Number 1), Founder of Faith Mission C&S Church
Headquarters, 16 Bridge Festac Lagos State Nigeria.
She is a woman who is divinely blessed and fruitful, a mother of everyone, a God-sent Deborah of C & S.
Dr. Yomi believes giving is an
opportunity for someone who found grace
in God, she promises to never stop eradicating tears and sorrow from the world.
Dr. Oluseye Yomi-Sholoye is a True,
Strong Hand To The Helpless.
Dr. Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye, a
vibrant, devoted, and selfless woman of God, is indeed a working case study
whose heart is filled with love and passion for the human race. The brilliant
woman of no mean standing, without mincing word, has become a blessing to many
Nigerians as she has and still continues to stretch her helping and soothing
hands in wiping away tears from as many faces as she can reach and replacing
them with beautiful infectious smiles to last a lifetime.
There is an aspect of her life that
she does not love to flaunt or put on
display publicly. As the brain behind OYS FOUNDATION, a non-government organization,
aimed at contributing to the eradication of poverty in Nigeria and the world,
through youth and women empowerment, the revered woman of peace is steadily
working towards making the world a better place than she met it.
The thoroughbred career woman of
many parts spent almost three decades of her life training people and impacting
lives with her wealth of experience. While involved in the corporate world, she
became a force to be reckoned with at Texaco Nigeria, where she spent 11 years,
before taking up higher challenges at Chevron for 13 years. Rev. Dr. Oluwaseye
Yomi Soloye spent 24 active years as a training and development specialist. She
is the GMD, International Alpha Limited/A&A Group.
Her educational sojourn took her to
Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye, where she got her MBA ( General
Management). The everyday scholar also has a PhD. and numerous professional
certifications to her credit. This has further placed her in good stead as
her intimidating resume has set her miles above her contemporaries.
For this Multi-tasking woman of essence, who has made the presence of God her dwelling place, whose passion for lifting and rescuing souls from abject poverty and hopelessness can be likened to that Biblical Queen Esther, she is well acknowledged to be a woman who is never tired of giving to the needy. Common knowledge has it that those who have encountered her never return the same way they were before meeting her as it is embedded in her DNA to pamper anyone who comes her way with everything at her disposal.
Dr. Sholoye believes that this
philanthropic aspect of her life is what she was created for, just like Queen
Esther in the Bible.
With her foundation, she is
fulfilling a destiny in that area religiously, ensuring and providing the younger
generation and future leaders of tomorrow with various skills set through vocational training and
workshops, Life, business and career Programs to give them a soft landing as
they encounter and surmount the challenges of life.
As an active player in the oil and
gas industry, Dr. Oluwaseye Yomi Sholoye fears the Lord and upholds the tenets
of Christianity.
At a first meeting with her, what
strikes you the most is her humility, as she finds it so easy to treat everyone
with respect.
Her foundation and service to God
and mankind are her pride. She is not slowing down anytime soon towards
improving the economic well-being and self-esteem of women and the youths in
general.
She spoke briefly with City People's
Titilope Akinbo Oshunlalu at the 60th Anniversary C &S Salem Evangelical
Church, Lagos, on Saturday, 20th May 2023.
What can she say about that event? "I want to celebrate C& S Salem Evangelical Church for their 60th anniversary and I pray for everybody in the church.I wish the church well, as we are going into a new dispensation in this country, come May 29th, I pray, it shall be peaceful. We have only one country, one nation, we don't have any other one than Nigeria. We are going to gear up and support the new government for peace to reign in the country. We do not want war, we do not want crisis, we want peace in Nigeria."
May God bless the Federal Republic
of Nigeria."
