Real Estate Player, Tobi Awosoga Bamgbelu Reveals Her Success Story

Talk about one successful woman who is doing well in her field and her name will pop up.

Beautiful Tobi Awosoga is a popular real estate player who has done well for herself. She is hard-working and focused. Some call her Onile Onile in line with what she does in real estate. She sells land and properties.

The big news is that on Wednesday 21st December 2022, she held a classy birthday party in Ile-Ife at the Ojaja Arena, Ile-Ife, Osun State. And it had in attendance His Imperial Majesty, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi. On bandstand was K1, who gave a superlative performance.

Recently, this stunning beauty told CityPeople her story and how happy she is to host such an elaborate event to mark her birthday and launch her Yeyeniwura Moradeun Foundation.

What makes this year's birthday a little different? Why take it to Ile Ife, we asked her?

"It's just a way of thanking God and to also officially launch my NGO (Yeyeniwura Moradeun Welfare Foundation)."

We got her to tell us a little about what she does for a living. "I am  a real estate guru. I sell land and  build houses.  I also  perfect all kinds of  title Documents."

We also got her to tell us more about her business. "Real Estate business is actually the best and we have a lot to do in 2023. We're starting our Rent to Own deal, where many people will become a landlord by paying  30% upfront and spread the remaining balance within a specific period.  Once the  30% is paid,  they move in immediately.  So many opportunities coming from the stable of Onile Onile global services in 2023.

She is a very stylish woman who never disappoints whenever she steps out to events.

What influences what she wears to parties, we asked her."To be different. I just love to be unique in my own way and that informs my looking good always."

How did she coin the name of her company Onile Onile? And what does it mean?

"It is simple and straightforward. It speaks about land and landed property. Once you hear the name you already know the meaning of it 100 percent."
