Happy 52nd birthday. What are the lessons life has taught you as you celebrated your birthday?

Firstly it’s a privilege, honor, and grace for me to see another year, knowing that some celebrated their birthday last year and they didn’t live to celebrate this year, all glory to baba God. The lesson here is humility, to remain humble and live my life like it’s the last day.

What has been your staying power?

My Faith, My belief, hard work and conviction in Success in my chosen field. Most especially my passion for what I do because without that I don’t think I will be where I’m today also the support and backing of my family and loved ones can not be ignored… Those are the staying power that kept me going.

Tell us what you do?

I’m into  Events management, hospitality business….. My passion for cooking lead me to catering for parties and opening a restaurant which I registered a company name as lfycious Kitchen. Situated at Ilupeju.  The company has expanded to a restaurant, a lounge, a bar and a guest house.

To the glory of God, we now have the guest house extension opening soon at   Gbolade Adebanjo also in Ilupeju less than 10mins away from the present outlet.

What sort of a person is Ify?

lfy is a vibe, as in fun-loving individual with positive vibes, an extrovert, a philanthropist, love having beautiful souls around her She has got plenty of energy that sometimes people wonder where the energy is coming from. She is a hardworking lady and she has zero tolerance for nonsense and does not suffer fools gladly.

How do you spend your typical day?

My typical day starts usually with prayers. I go to the Gym. But my going to the gym is not on a daily routine. My gym is 3 times a week. So those other

days I exercise at home. Thereafter, I resume work at my outlet for business and spend the entire day there attending to customers as well. Sometimes I join them at the lounge in the evening to dance to some good music.

I love dancing though, which I can do anywhere.

What is the secret of your beautiful look and physique??

No secret to my beauty first and foremost to appreciate God for all the packages he blessed me with.  Seeing people spending millions of naira to achieve what I have naturally is a great deal . .. Baba God l Say Thank You. Again

Meanwhile, to maintain this I live a healthy lifestyle, exercise daily and take lots of water. And I don’t involve myself in anything that has to do with artificial skin enhancement. Nothing beats being natural.

Tell us about your growing up years. Where were you born?

Ifeanyi  Stephenia  Omuni was born in Lagos at island maternity to be precise in the year 1970 to Mr. and  Mrs. Alex Omuni, into a family of 6. I’m second to the last born in the family.

My dad was a police officer so we moved with him on his various transfer to different parts of the country. But majorly l grew up in Ibadan, where I did my primary and secondary education, my higher education in Delta state and back to base Lagos

Tell us about the schools attended and how you got your big break

l attended St Mary Primary School and Holy Trinity Grammar School both in Ibadan

I didn’t make my result at once, I had to retake that exam at Nshiagu College in my hometown Ogwashi.  I settled for that school because my shakara in my secondary days was so much that I obviously did not want any of my schoolmates to know about me retaking my papers... Lol

I had My higher instruction in College of Education  Warri l studied French and Delta state University both in Delta State where I won the Miss Campus and Miss Delta State respectively.

I won the 1st ever Miss Delta State after the creation of Edo and Delta from the former Bendel State in 1992.

When was your birthday?

My birthday was on Monday, Sept 12, a business day. The celebration was preceded by a thanksgiving service on Sunday at the Household of Christ Church, 1221 Caraway CT #1090 Upper Marlboro  Maryland on the 11th of September, where I gave glory to God for the journey so far.

On the day proper, l spent most of the day at home with friends and family since I’m on vacation and later went out for a family birthday dinner.
