How Popular Celebrity Woman, Chief Mrs YEMI OSOBA Celebrated Her 60th Birthday

She is 60, but she doesn't look 60. She looks refreshingly young. She looks beautiful. She is also very stylish.

On Saturday 26th March 2022, Chief Mrs Oluyemi Osoba celebrated her milestone age, in Ijebu Ode.

At the event, lots of encomium were rained on this celebrity woman, who is the wife of DIG Osoba, as she celebrated her 60th birthday in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state.

 

Saturday, 26th March 2022 was the day of celebration for family, friends and associates of the celebrant. They all travelled from far and near to take part in the celebration.

 

Chief Mrs Yemi Osoba is a successful and very influential woman who has excelled as a wife, mother, professional and entrepreneur. She has quite intimidating credentials, loaded with enviable work experiences with top organizations before she went into a full-time agriculture business. She runs the popular Yemi Royal Farm in Ijebu. She is also the brain behind the Yemi Royal Foundation, an NGO that caters to the welfare of single mothers, widows and the youth.   

 

Earlier, on the day of the celebration, a Thanksgiving service was held at Emmanuel Anglican Church, Italupe in Ojebu-Ode. The service was loaded and specifically designed to celebrate her. Of course, she is a prominent member of the church and she has contributed immensely to the work of the church.

 

The service was characterized by prayer sessions, hymns, reading of the Bible, breaking of the bread, communal service, choirs’ special songs, family harvest, and thanksgiving as well as birthday songs for the celebrant.

 

Before the end of the church service, the church’s brigade colour party displayed their expertise. Their performance really thrilled the congregation, as they carried out every of their parade excellently.

At the inception of the programme, the Brigade Colour Party as they are referred to, performed well, as they welcomed the celebrant, her family and guests upon their arrival at the church premises. They also did well after the service was concluded. They celebrated and honoured the celebrant who is also their Matron.

 

Following the Thanksgiving service, the stage was set for the grand party reception which was held at the popular event centre, Bisrod Mega Hall, located in the highbrow GRA in Ijebu –Ode.

 

The reception party was a colourful one. It was an Ankara affair, designed in a classy Burnt Orange and Gold colour. Guests were all dressed in beautiful attires, making lovely style statements.

 

The beautiful and charming looking celebrant was in a dark sparkling gown and with this, she caught the attention of everybody at the party. Many people said she doesn’t look sixty as sweet and much younger in the outfit.

 

She had a grand entry into the hall. She was accompanied by her loving daughter, Dr OluwaDamilola Osoba and quite a number of friends. The entire hall stood still for her as they welcomed her while the DJ supplied the right sets of music for the occasion.

 

At the reception party, encomium was showered on the celebrant of the day as family, friends, church members, associates and well-wishers gave tributes about Chief Mrs Osoba. They revealed how she has contributed to their well being and the society they represented. Her daughter also showered lots of encomium for her mother and confidant.

 

The darling husband of the celebrant, Engineer Babafemi Osoba is a retired Deputy Inspector General of Police. He is also an Ijebu high chief. He holds the title of the Otunba Jagunmolu of Ijebuland.

During his birthday tribute to his wife and celebrant at 60, he spoke highly of her as a great personality. He later joined the celebrant in cutting the birthday cake, after which the stage was set for the celebrant to dance and merry with her guests.

 

Many don't know Chief Mrs Yemi  Osoba is a good dancer and she showed lots of her dancing steps, as she danced to the music of the Integrity band. She was joined by her daughter on the dance floor before the guests joined them to cheer them on the dance floor.
