How Late Cele Founder, Papa Oshoffa's Grand Daughter, Abayomi Elizabeth Oshoffa Was Buried.

On Wednesday 23rd February 2022, the family of the late founder of Celestial Church of Christ, Papa SBJ Oshoffa gathered at their family house at Ikosi Ketu, in Lagos, to hold the Service of Songs for late Abayomi Elizabeth Oshoffa who slept in the Lord a few days ago.

 

   The event started with the arrival of family members, friends and Shepherds dressed in their white Sultana Regalia.

    Everyone took turns to write a Tribute in the Register placed on a table that had the beautiful portrait of Abayomi Elizabeth Oshoffa, as friends and family gathered for the service to begin.

 

Elizabeth Oshoffa was a beautiful 30-year-old damsel who was based abroad. She is the daughter of Toussaint Olabode Oshoffa, who has been based in Germany for over 36 years. He is a late Baba Oshoffa's son. He was in Nigeria when his daughter died. He is 3 months older than respected Cele Shepherd Tosho Oshoffa. The late lady is Deborah Oshoffa's niece. She was Deborah Oshoffa's elder brother's daughter.

 

She was buried at the Oshoffa Family's hometown in Imeko, Ogun State on Thursday 24th February 2022.

As the doctrine of the Celestial Church of Christ, this was not a period to mourn but to glorify God and to pray for the soul of the deceased.

Prophet Olajuwon Johnson of CCC International Headquarters, Assistant Superior Sola Akinmade and Evang. Omotayo Oluwaseun led the Service of Songs leading from one hymn to another in between prayers from different members of the Oshoffa family and members of the Celestial Church of Christ Headquarters.

    After this, guests began to take their leave to prepare for the final burial, that was scheduled to take place the next day at Imeko, Ogun State.
