London Celebwoman, Yeye Christiana Olubunmi Adelekan bags Chieftaincy Title, Celebrates Birthday In Grand Styles
On the 30th of September 2021, Yeye Christiana Olubunmi Adelekan became the Iyalode Of Elegberun Land, Ile Ife, Osun State. The event was held at the Palace of HRM Oba Adedokun Evans Okero Ademiluyi (The Okero Of Elegberun Land, Ile ife).
About The Celebrant
Yeye Christiana Olubunmi Adelekan started her primary education at Methodist primary school, palm avenue, Lagos. Then went to Eko girls high school, Okota Isolo and finished at Army Children high school, military cantonment, Ikeja, Lagos.
In 1991, she migrated to the United Kingdom where she later obtained a first-class degree in accounting & Finance.
Speaking at the event, families and friends stated that the Iyalode title befits and is deserving of Yeye Christiana Olubunmi Adelekan because of her generous humanitarian gesture and her love for our cultural heritage.
The grand party was held at Gboye Events Center, OPA, along Ilesa Road, Ile Ife, Osun State.
She was ushered in by her loving husband Prince Sikiru Adetona Adelekan, family members and friends who played their respective parts in making the event a glamorous and memorable one.
Olori Elizabeth Omotunde Ademiluyi who is the wife of HRM Oba Adedokun Evans and a sister to Iyalode also dazzled at the occasion.
Also, on the 12th of January 2022, Yeye Christiana Olubunmi Adelekan (Iyalode of Elegberun Land) celebrated her birthday and thank God Almighty for the privilege to witness another year on earth. The church thanksgiving for both occasions was held on the 16th of January 2022 at CAC Outreach Headquarters, London, United Kingdom.
In Iyalode’s short speech, she appreciated her Husband Prince Sikiru Adetona Adelekan, her children, families as well as friends for their love and support during these celebrations.
