It was a gathering of political big wigs in Nigeria last Monday, 27th December 2021, when the beautiful daughter of the National President of SWAGA, Prince Adedayo Adeyeye and his amiable wife, Princess Adetomilola Adeyeye got married to her heartthrob, Daniel Balogun, the son of Pastor Oladapo and Mrs Olusola Balogun. It was a very classy and colourful wedding.
What made it all the more colourful was the fact that it had quality guests in attendance.
It was a collection of the high and mighty, plus the movers
and shakers of society. The grand event witnessed the presence of ex Governors,
Senators, notable politicians and many big wigs. They all came to honour the
well respected, man of honour, Prince Adedayo Adeyeye and his family.
As custom demands, especially from a well cultured and
principled man such as Prince Adeyeye, the wedding started at 9am, with the traditional wedding,
which enables the 2 families to throw in their support for the couple and bless
their union.
It was strictly for the 2 families. The beautiful bride,
Mosope and the groom, Daniel looked so radiant in their traditional attires and
they were supported
by their friends. After the Traditional wedding came the solemnization
of church marriage at 2.30pm. It was conducted by the church pastor and lasted
for about 2hours.
Reception and entertainment of guests took place at the same
venue, the prestigious Yard 158 Event Centre, situated at Plot 34, Kudirat
Abiola Way, Oregun, Ikeja in Lagos. It played host to many notable dignitaries
such as former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Senator Musiliu
Obanikoro, Senator Ayo Arise, Senator Demola Adeleke, Senator Seye Ogunlewe, Rt
Hon. Funmi Afuye, Mr Jimi Agbaje, Mrs Kemi, Prof. Tale Omole, Hon. Abegunde
Abena, Pastor Ade Ologbonyo, Mr Funsho Adebiyi, Her Royal Majesty, Jumoke
Moshebuwala, Mr Kamson Adaramewa, Hon. Bayo Aborisade, Alhaji Demola Bello,
Chief Ladi Owolabi, Mr Gboyega Fatimileyin, Chief Dele Momodu and many others.
The guests were thrilled by the scintillating performance of
Segun Johnson and his band.
The colour code was beautiful. The bride's Colour was Burnt Orange
and Groom's Colour was Burnt Orange & White. All the 3-in-1 events were held
at the same venue.
