On Friday,30th July,2021,the remains of S/M/S/E Gabriel Fola Ogunseye was laid to rest in Abeokuta.All his children, family and friends came together to give baba a befitting burial.All his children are successful in their own businesses.One of them, Olayinka Ojo, came back to Nigeria,with her children and other family members to support her other siblings in the funeral celebration of their father, Gabriel Fola Ogunseye,
who slept in the Lord at the age of 82.
The event started with a wake keep on Thursday,which made family members gather to see late Gabriel Fola Ogunseye for the last time before been laid to rest.
The funeral service started in the morning on Friday, 30th, July 2021, when Pastors and guests gathered at the compound of late Gabriel Fola Ogunseye to hold a service in honor of the deceased.
The service started with prayers and hymns after which the pastor stood up to encourage the family of the bereaved. The interment took place immediately after the funeral service as the deceased was laid to rest amidst tears.
At the Banquet Hall of Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Belolla Events turned the face of the appointed reception ground to a carnival, as beautiful flowers were set around the hall, backed with glittering lights from the well situated chandeliers. All vendors took their space as directed by Belolla Events.
2808 Fingers & events set their stand to exhibit sweet looking small chops and assorted drinks, while Chop life Oguro brought the village local palm wine scene down to the reception venue. Dj Koolio set his stereo on playing sweet hip hop music, while Femi Solar and his band prepared for the start of the event.
Shortly afterward, a big coaster bus drove in the family of Late Gabriel Fola Ogunseye, dressed in a sky blue aso ebi coupled with a matching blue gele,to the venue, as guests turned round to greet them. The event took a swift swing as the venue got busy immediately. MC Wale Dada took the stage, as he welcomed all guests with funny and exciting stories. Femi Solar also went up the stage to serve danceable juju music,as the family of the deceased took turns in dancing with friends and families.
