Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd, 2021 were 2 remarkable days for
the popular Fashubaa Family, in ADO EKITI. They celebrated their late
father, Grandfather & Great-grandfather, High Chief Julius Adeleye
Fashubaa, the Oisa of Ado Ekiti in grandstyle.
Late High Chief Julius Adeleye Fashubaa was Senator IYIOLA OMISORE's father-in-law and that explains why the event was recorded as a one - in-town event. It also explains why many dignitaries stormed Ado Ekiti, to celebrate with the Fashubaa and Omisore families.

The Celebration of Life for Late High Chief Julius Adeleye
Fashubaa
commenced on Thursday, 22nd of July with Prayers at Baba's tomb. On that day, a
street named after Baba was also commissioned by Ado Ekiti Local Government
Chairman, Chief (Mrs) Omotunde Fajuyi, followed by Ayo Competition and
Traditional music Entertainment held at his residence, at Owode Street, Odo
Ado, Ado Ekiti.
On the D-Day, Friday 23rd, the entertainment of guests took
place at AB Event Centre, Opopo Gbooro, Ado- Ekiti, and it was a fun-filled day
for all guests, as wave-making Gospel Musician, Yinka Ayefele thrilled.
Amongst the dignitaries that graced this event was, the first
lady of Osun State, Her Excellency, Mrs Kafilat Oyetola and her entourage,
former Governor of Ondo State,Dr Olusegun Mimiko, Mr Seyi Oduntan, Hon Rotimi
Makinde, Otunba Demola Popoola and a host of others.
