Function Room 4 on the 2nd floor of Oriental Hotel, Lagos recently witnessed a classy birthday party. It was last Sunday, 9th of May, 2021 when a beautiful and stylish lady, Queen Ashabi celebrated her birthday. Queen Ashabi is a stunning beauty. She is a successful Abuja businesswoman. It was a lovely evening, as a lot of celebrities turned up for her birthday, all looking stylish. The event had all the trappings of a good party. There was good food, exotic drinks, lovely music and the right crowd. Royalty was also represented. There were 2 big traditional rulers from Ogun State in attendance. There was Abepa of Jogaland, HRM Oba Adeyemi Adekeye and his lovely Olori Olanike and the Eselu of Iselu, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi. There were other dignitaries in attendance like Lagos businessman, Otunba Peter Obafemi, the Akinsiku of Lagos, popular Lagos fashion designer, Mastay Dollar, Otunba (Engr.) Ogunbamiro, the MD/CEO of Abfem Properties Nigeria Ltd and many more.
Once the celebrant sashayed into the cosy hall at about 7pm, the party got under way, as popular music act, Tosin Alaba & her Bhelcanto Band serenaded her with lovely music. So good is Alambus, the musician, that she got all the guests dancing to her different tunes, all through the event. There was also a good DJ in the house, who regaled everyone with the hottest jams. There was so much to eat and to drink. The celebrant, Queen Ashabi, stole the show, as she emerged the best dressed lady at the party that had about 80 quality guests.
Queen Halimat is the CEO of Haleems Integrated Services Ltd, a dredging and construction company established in 2009. She had her secondary school certificate at Lekki British International School and proceeded to get her BSC in Mass Communication at Olabisi Onabanjo University. She then obtained her Masters degree in Political Science at National Open University. Haleems is a major contractor with Ecological Funds office committee etc. She is a mother of 2 lovely boys: Bankole and Jeffery both of whom are based in Canada. She is a Princess by birth, born into the Oniru Royal Family. Haleems has offices in Calabar, Abuja, Delta. Her mom is from Delta State, and her late dad Pa Raimi Yusuf Oniru is Yoruba. He died at 103.
Although all the bevy of ladies at the party looked stunning and glamorous in their designer outfits, Queen Ashabi outshined them all, in her 2 hot sexy outfits. She changed twice. She was styled by @ladymiami. What made the party all the more interesting was the personal attention the celebrant gave all her guests. Throughout the party, she was on her feet, moving from table to table personally attending to the need of each guest. She ensured that exotic drinks flowed all through the party. Throughout the party, Champagne, Whiskey & Brandy flowed like water, as she gave each guest who wanted, a bottle each to drink.
