This is the story of popular Lagos businesswoman, called Madam Jumlar. That is the name everybody calls her. But her real name is Chief Mrs. Ibilola Solaja.
She is the biggest and leading Rice Merchant in Nigeria today. So big is she that the mention of her name instantly opens doors within the Commodity trading circuit. She is the Iyaloja at Dalekan Rice Market in Lagos. But her influence goes beyond Lagos and the South-West. She plays big across the country.
That was why so many other Iya Olojas came in solidarity to support her that day.
The big news is that Madam Jumlars son, Bowale, got married on Sunday 28th April, 2019 at an elaborate and classy wedding, held at Jogor Event Centre in Ibadan. At that wedding, this beautiful Ijebu Igbo born businesswoman dazzled everyone with her outfit and jewelry.
She wore a Golden Peach Metallic Aso Oke produced by Iya Ibeta, the Aso Oke matriarch. Her Gele was also Aso Oke Gele.
And her Jewellery? It was very expensive. It was a (Gold and Diamond finished) jewellery that costs a fortune. She was all binged up. All her accessories were top notch.
All her guests could not help admiring her. She stole the show that day, as her photographs show below.
