their skin.
We Maintain our skin by drinking 6 to 8 glass
of water each day if u notice your skin is looking a little dry and dull.
Avoid using a product that contains paraben,
phthalates, propylene and sodium lauryl sulfate for those that have sensitive
skin.
We should also Exfoliate our skin once a week
to help us buff away those dead skin cell.
When the skin is damp one can use moisturizer
or lotion to avoid sun harmful rays
And for those that have dry skin hot
water is not advice able instead they should use moisturizing body wash with
almond, coconut, or Olive oil
To make ur skin glow like a crystal diamond
stone u need to eat a healthy diet, manage stress, protect urself from the sun,
don't smoke, take a lot of beverage, eat a bar of dark chocolate, get 7 to 9 hours
sleep, take a few hours of exercise each week,
Take a milk bath.
Avoiding eating carbohydrates as well as
unhealthy fat, consuming too many of these make ur skin age faster, avoid
consuming too many sugar as well.
Take fatty fish like salmon, sardines and
mackerel they contain Omega -3 fatty acids which can help keep your skin
looking clear.
Take a lot of vegetables.
And avoid creams that contains hydroquinone
Don't be to hard on ur skin while scrubbing
or creaming
Always have ur bath twice in a day
Morning soap as to be different with night
soap
Cream much at night and lesser in the morning
