The celebrant who runs Genesis Complex Enterprises is the pretty wife of a Lagos businessman, Bolaji Aladesuru who runs the popular Balcom Royal Suite in Amuwo Odofin. Joined with their children, they gave the celebrator a special birthday treat. The party had in attendance prominent celebrities from all walks of life. The party was 70 per cent full of women, why? Because the host has many friends who cut across a wide spectrum of groups. Many celebrity women stormed the party in their multi-coloured Ankara matched with a white headgear. Almost all the women wore the Aso Ebi because the party was more or less a show of class. First is the host, Ola Aladesuru, who looked dazzling in her 2 lovely attire. She opted for a 3D Gold lace for her first look, while she settled for a burgundy lace for her reception party and she was the cynosure of all eyes at the party. One major attraction at the party was the presence of some of her friends whom have been close to her for over 3 decades. Hardly will you see them not attending one party together. Queen of Juju Music, Ayo Balogun, is the foremost juju queen who is ageing gracefully at 61. She needed not to be anywhere else on this day because she is the celebrant's close friend of 45 years. They practically grew up together. No wonder, Queen Ayo Balogun reeled out a glowing tribute about her friend and gave her a beautiful portrait. Iyabode Ode is another society woman who is well connected within the powerful society women. She is also a big-time businesswoman. She is one of the bigshots in the society. Bunmi Badejo Ayuba is the fashionista whose (gele) you can not miss at any party. she now has a way of tieing her gele that will catch attention instantly. The hall was beautifully decorated and the event handled by Ruby Events. One of the celebrant’s friends, Lara Akinsanya, the CEO of Affordable catering supplied all the delicious meal. Among the celebrity guests sighted were the Former Commissioner for Finance, Ondo State, Wale Akinterinwa and his wife, Remi who runs Remlol events were there. Sighted also was a Lagos celeb woman, Yinka Oluyemi, who owns Yinka Bodyline shop in Ikoyi with her husband, Kayode Oluyemi, Tunji Balogun, Alhaji Lati Balogun, Dr George, Alhaji Bolango, Ade Young, Femi Sobande, Taiwo Adeniregun and others Society women were in large numbers, the likes of Toyin Caxton, Fola Doregos, Mrs Aruna, Tessy Ojora, Fola Badmus, Mrs Adebola, Mrs Azeez, Mrs Adejumo, Mrs Adedun, Funmi, Dayo Gbajabiamila, Mosun Taiwo, Montai Okesanjo Elemosho, Abbey Orange Juice and Co.
