On Saturday 6th May 2023 a non-governmental
organisation (NGO), Humanity
Impact and Inspire yet again put smiles on the faces of the
indigents in the society by awarding them scholarships.
Humanity
Impact and Inspire, a subsidiary of the popular Wuraolami Foundation,
gave out education scholarships to assist students pursue their academics in order
to bring their dreams to reality.
This year’s
edition of the event is the 3rd of its kind held at Prestige Private College
located in Aguda,
Surulere, Lagos State 11 am. It was well attended as the
turn was very huge
Humanity
Impact and Inspire is out to support orphans,
indigent and old people by
encouraging them to reach their goals in life. It also provides an avenue for
orphans and homeless children to grow up in a loving and joyful atmosphere
rather than missing out on family life. It works towards giving support to
people in need.
The founder of
the group, Dame Ifeoyinola
Wuraolami .W. Jacobs, a London- based philanthropist who is
very passionate about the welfare of the less privileged would stop at nothing
in putting smiles on their faces. She is motivated to give out scholarships up
to the university level to many helpless students.
She strongly
believes if not for the case of inequality, if the same opportunity is given to
both the minority and the majority unconditionally, the children of the less
privileged can all do better.
