Navy Commander Olugbenga Shobajo & Yeye Adenike Agnes Shobajo's Daughter Weds In LAGOS







Weeks after the classy wedding, everyone is still talking about it. This is because the recent wedding of Kunle & Buki Oyebanji was grand and classy.

The wedding was held on Saturday 14th August at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, along Ozumba Mbadiwe Way in Victoria Island, Lagos. The reception was chaired by Style Icon and former Minister, Dr Mrs. Onikepo Akande CON, with 2 first ladies representatives of HE Gov Seyi Makinde and Gov Babajide Sanwo-Olu in attendance. Also in attendance were Lagos gubernatorial candidate  Mr Jimi Agbaje, PR guru, Yomi Badejo Okusanya and a strong team from the NIPR and the Retired Naval Officers' Wives Association, Senatorial candidate of PDP, Mrs Onitiri, with guests coming all the way from Oyo and Ekiti States. The Navy Band entertained guests at the prestigious Radisson Blu Hotel Ozumba Mbadiwe Way, in Victoria Island, Lagos.

It was a 3-in-1 event that began on 14th August, starting with the Traditional marriage ceremony, inside the Lekki Hall of the Hotel, with the Solemnisation of Holy Matrimony led by Rev Gbenga Oshokoya and 3 other Men of God from the Foursquare Gospel Church and the Rev and Chaplain of the Airforce Anglican Church in Victoria Island, Lagos.

 

The well-attended wedding reception was in 3 areas of the Hotel, the Idera Hall, the Lekki Hall and the beautiful Waterfront terrace.

 

The beaded wedding dress was a sight to behold and the parents of the bride and groom's Aso Oke full attire was a beautiful sight to behold. Two First Ladies from Oyo State, Engr Mrs Tamunonimi Makinde and Lagos State Dr. Mrs. Ibijoke Sanwo Olu were well represented and a powerful team also represented Gov Engr Seyi Makinde.

 

The prayers and support of former Lagos First Lady, Dame Fashola went a long way to assure the success recorded at the wedding as well.

A Bevy of ladies in shimmering Bronze and chocolate Aso Oke, Gele and Fila added colour and the men turned out in uniform Senator material with matching chocolate Aso Oke Fila.
