Mrs. Oyewole Olubukola Deborah & Mrs. Oyewole Omotayo Makanjuola Throw After- Burial Party For Late Dad, Pa Oyewole Ebenezer Ayinde ( Olaiya) In Lagos




This is the story of how the children and family members of Papa Oyewole Ebenezer came together to give him a befitting burial in Lagos.
Pa Ebenezer Ayinde Alaba Oyewole, popularly call Olaiya, was born in 1940, in the month of June. 
His Father's name is Osho Oyewole and mother's name is Alice Olawale Oyewole.

He was the last born of his parents and many people called him Alaba, because his father died 15 days after he was born.

 The reason why many people call him Olaiya is because, he was raised by his mum. Late Olaiya attended Saint Peters Ake Primary school Abeokuta Ogun State from 1948-1984 where he obtained standard Six certificate. 

He lived with his brother from his mother's side,Mr Tanimowo Adekunle, along side  Late Prince Adekunle Juju,the musician in Abeokuta,after which his elder sister's husband, Mr Elijah of blessed memory brought him to Lagos to start a new life. 
He enrolled in plumbing works as an apprentice from the year 1960-1965.He became successful and got married.  

He is blessed with a lovely wife, children, grand children and great grand children.
 He was a member of ECWA( Evangelical Church Winning All), he was the founder of Ireti Ogo Society of the church and he was also the first elder of the ECWA Church 7, Coker Street Orile Agege in 1975-198. 
Till his death on  1st June 2021, he remained a selfless member of the church. He ventured  into Politics and in 1983 he became the Chairman, Olabua ward, Orile Agege, under Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN), during late Alhaji Lateef Jakande's regime as  Governor Of Lagos State. 

He belongs to other societies like, Orange Club Of Nigeria, Iwajowa social Club of Nigeria. Till his death, he was the chairman Aranse Olu Landlord Association. 

On  10th July, 2021 his daughters and family members threw an after burial party, to celebrate late Pa E.A Oyewole.
The event that was held at Fig Joy Event Centre, Amao Street, Oke Koto, Agege was  well attended by many families and friends. 

The Opening prayer was done by Rev. Adeagbo Robert,a member of the Decross Gospel Mission in Agege. 
A little entertainment was done by Ostatee & De-merciful band boys. The MC  of the day, Akande of Fayikogbon,called out the children of late Olaiya, to recite the biography of their late daddy which was done by Mrs Oyewole Olubukola Deborah, the first daughter of late Olaiya. 
Small chops was served by Honeytroves, while drink and food, were served by Rukkies Chops "N" Meals.

City people Video editor, Salisu Nurudeen and Celebrity Photographer ,Sunday Aderiye had a  chat with Mrs Oyewole Olubukola Deborah, the first daughter of late Pa E.A Oyewole, who described her  dad as a good man. She explained that the day she received the call about her Father's death, she was writing her promotion exam." My father meant so much too me and I can't start saying things about him because of time, but I give praises to God that my father went to rest. 
While speaking to her, we noticed the arrival of Hon. Oluyinka Ogundimu, the Agege II representative at the Lagos House of Assembly, and also the entrance of Dr. Ibrahim Akinwunmi Mustafa, the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Health Care Board. 

Other members of the health care board included, Mrs & Mrs Bankole, Mrs Odunoye, Dr Ayuba, medical officer at the Agbado Oke Odo LCDA, Alimosho and many more.
 Others who stormed the event were Mrs Olusola Ajala, Mr Afolabi Oyewole, Aminat Olaide Usman, Goldit Event Planner CEO, and other family members and friends. 

Late Pa E.A Oyewole's second daughter, Mrs Oyewole Omotayo Makanjuola was everywhere making sure guests were satisfied and adequately taken care of.
The event ended with everyone dancing to Ostatee & De-merciful band, as they sprayed Mrs Oyewole Olubukola Deborah and her sister, Mrs Oyewole Omotayo Makanjuola.
