On Friday, 26th of October, 2018. the remains of late Chief Anthonia Abeke Ogbamola (Nee SanyaOlu) was laid to rest in Lagos. During her lifetime, she was the Yeye Ogboye of Egbaland. She died at the age of 71.
She was the mum of Nigeria's top TV Presenter, Bukola Ogbamola of LTV. Service of Songs was held on the 24th of October, 2018 at St Louis Catholic Church Orelope, Egbeda. The next day, 25th October, came the Christian Wake at her home in Egbeda.
On 26th October 2018, Funeral MAss was held at CKC Christ The King Catholic Church, Shasha, Akowonjo, Lagos.
The families of Ogbamola and SanyaOlu fave Mama Ogbamola a befitting burial.
